RETURNS + EXCHANGES + REFUNDS
- All Items are hand-made with love.
- As a small-shop, we try our best to provide you with top customer service within our limits and growing capabilities.
- Product Colors may appear different on your screen than the actual fabric.
- We work hard to ship all orders within 5-7 business days of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any:
unworn, unwashed product, with tags still attached on item or in return package, within 15 days of purchasing.
- Proof of purchase is required.
- As a small-shop, we cannot offer free returns. Shipping and handling for return/exchange are the responsibility of the customer.
- Items must be returned by mail in its original packaging within 15 days of receipt.
- Orders will not be eligible for return/exchange 15 days past purchase date.
- You MUST Email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule a return.
- Please include your order number.
- The product you are hoping to return.
- The reason for the return.
- Due to the limited quantities of our products, we cannot offer exchanges or hold items for exchange.
- We suggest you order new item, return the unwanted & unworn item, and receive a refund.
We strive to send perfectly completed items, but we're only human. We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to offer a full refund or store credit for those items that are defective as well as returned back to us unwashed and unworn. PLEASE NOTE: Proof of purchase is required. If you believe you have received a defective item; please follow instructions under RETURNS.
- Please inspect items carefully upon receipt.

- You MUST contact us within 15 days of receipt to initiate a claim for a defective item.
- Defective items must be returned to us to initiate your claim. We do not offer exchange, refund, credit or otherwise on purchases over 15 days, or items that have been washed or worn.
- Please remember our products are limited edition and an exchange is not always possible.
- We are not able to offer discounts on defective merchandise.
- All defects are handled individually.
- Policy on defective items is subject to change at any time.
- Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information prior to shipping.
- We will ship to the shipping address given at the time of checkout.
- PARADISE KIDS is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address.
- We are not able to combine orders or refund shipping on multiple orders as all orders are shipped individually.
Please be sure you are checking out with the correct items as we are not able to alter an order once it has been placed.
- Packages marked as delivered, but are 'not received' are the customer's responsibility to locate. Once the package leaves our hands we are no longer liable. Please contact your local post office as they can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end. We do not issue refunds on lost packages.
